The staff at this hotel were helpful and friendly. They provided excellent customer service and were always willing to assist with any requests or questions. The location of the hotel was also fantastic, with easy access to the train station and many of the main attractions in the city. It made it very convenient to explore Florence. the breakfast provided at the hotel was delicious and had a wide variety of options to choose from.

The rooms felt old and dusty, and the curtains were dirty.

We were actually surprised by the level of service at Embassy. One evening, when I had a terrible headcold, the staff were great too help me. They kindly provided me with hot water for my medicine every night, ensuring my comfort. I highly recommend this hotel.
